You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

4. User Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of any apparel images, prompts, or other data you upload to the Service ('Input Content'). By using the Service, you grant TryTryLook a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and process your Input Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you.

Generated Content: The Service generates images based on your Input Content ('Generated Content'). Subject to your full compliance with these Terms, TryTryLook grants you a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the Generated Content for any purpose, including commercial use.

Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for your Input Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the licenses granted herein and that your Input Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You agree not to:

  • Upload any content that infringes any third party's intellectual property or other rights;
  • Upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Use the Service to generate nude or sexually suggestive content depicting real people, including yourself;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of any part of the Service;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

Other than your User Content, the Service and all its contents, including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of TryTryLook, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing use of the Service and deleting your account.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRYTRYLOOK, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Mainland of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
